Marissa at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming when I arrived. Kelly Burch was super knowledgeable about the inner ear and explained everything in detail that she was going to do and she helped my vertigo. I would recommend this office to everyone. while I was waiting to be seen, I was watching all the other patients having PT. It felt like a very friendly atmosphere overall. I was seen at the Mason office

Kelly Burch is a true healer in every way. I have worked in health care for 30 years & she stands out! I am so grateful for her knowledge and her skill at some of the more trying times in my life related to vertigo. Vertigo is an “experience” to say the least ~ I will forever appreciate and recommend her to all in need!

Kelly Burch is FABULOUS! She is talented, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and does an amazing job. She knows exactly what to do to help with positional vertigo, among much else.
