Being new it seemed to go well, not sure what to expect.
I was treated with respect and courtesy. The physical therapist did a good job and the folks were helpful
Appointments run on time. All of the staff is very personable and helpful in addressing any questions we may have. Flexible scheduling and clean and comfortable office. Highly recommend!

I had quite a lot of confusion with my billing caused by the software conversion. Tammy Smith from the billing department went above and beyond to make sure everything was accurate. She stayed on the phone with me as she worked through the problem on her end, and called me back quickly when she had to get extra help. She was absolutely amazing!
Clinicians were thoughtful and professional...knee is already improving quickly!
The therapists have been very helpful!!! I’m feeling better for sure. They have been prompt, considerate and professional.
