Appointments run on time. All of the staff is very personable and helpful in addressing any questions we may have. Flexible scheduling and clean and comfortable office. Highly recommend!

I had quite a lot of confusion with my billing caused by the software conversion. Tammy Smith from the billing department went above and beyond to make sure everything was accurate. She stayed on the phone with me as she worked through the problem on her end, and called me back quickly when she had to get extra help. She was absolutely amazing!

I already reviewed this visit.
Julia took the time to completely understand what my needs were before starting any further activities. She took all the necessary measurements to establish a base from which to measure future progress. She then proceeded to massage my neck muscles near and around the surgery wound. Then she had me start with simple neck exercises. I've had past PT experiences and I must say, I am quite impressed with her professionalism and approach to addressing my personal situation. I have no complaints!
