My two visits went ok, i suppose--although it is a VERY informal setting, with no one to greet you, and no chairs to sit down in, as I had to wait for an assistant or a therapist to acknowledge me STANDING there in a maddenly claustrophobic room (wondering what the heck is going on). Kids running around, people & clients everywhere using diverse equipment. The therapist, I must say, was very kind and attentive on my first visit, once I actually got to meet her.
