I truly believe that I would have eventually lost the use of my right arm if someone had not recommended that I see Marie at Oxford in Florence. I was physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted from a bad experience at another company. Marie listened and first got me out of pain, then on the road to healing and recovery. Marie’s approach is individualized care for each person. She truly cares about helping her patients achieve their highest level of mobility with as little pain possible.

After a truly awful almost 4 months of therapy at another company, I am making progress after 4 visits. (two weeks!) I finally have hope that my shoulder will recover from the surgery. Marie Graves knows her stuff and listens to her patients. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you!

Too many patients to one physical therapist. I pay alot of money between my copay and insurance so it would be nice to have a little more one on one with my PT who is taking care of what appears to be 3 people at the same time. That’s ridiculous and certainly not worth what I paid. Nothing against her. She’s great. I would imagine there’s more of a corporate push for turnover because it all seems to be about money and less with patient care.

I am supposed to be seeing one particular therapist; however, I seem to get passed off to other therapists. If I should be making my appointments with other therapists, I wish I would be told. Otherwise, I wish the therapist that is assigned to me would see my therapy through to the end.
