Too many patients to one physical therapist. I pay alot of money between my copay and insurance so it would be nice to have a little more one on one with my PT who is taking care of what appears to be 3 people at the same time. That’s ridiculous and certainly not worth what I paid. Nothing against her. She’s great. I would imagine there’s more of a corporate push for turnover because it all seems to be about money and less with patient care.

I am supposed to be seeing one particular therapist; however, I seem to get passed off to other therapists. If I should be making my appointments with other therapists, I wish I would be told. Otherwise, I wish the therapist that is assigned to me would see my therapy through to the end.
