I enjoy the variety of activities that we get to engage in, and the structure of the daily schedules. My favorites have been the 12 Step Walk, Ropes Course, and Hank’s “The Hijacked Brain” series are amazing, Marty demonstrating separation anxiety with the horses was profound. Relapse Prevention class has been helpful. Process Group and any group Kate leads is top notch. I appreciate opportunities to meditate and to learn about how Buddhism relates to the 12 Steps. I can’t begin to talk about how this place has saved my life! The staff is amazing, the knowledge and tools I have received has given me what I need to do to fix MYSELF. The counselors and therapists are highly knowledgeable and are there to actually help. I am so grateful to OTC and I encourage anyone that is struggling to seek help and consider OTC.

Great place, learned so much. The experience healed me beyond what I thought was possible. So thankful for everyone here. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to get pice of mind and healing from within.
They helped me very well, I was in detox for a few days and went to the cabins for like 3 or 4 days. My insurance ran out but they worked with me to get my into resolutions the sober living. They have taken so well of me and have helped me with everything. The staff are so nice and they really want to help you.

I had a good stay learned a lot n groups n the cabins was great loved the lake fishing was great Got to go on horseback riding my therapist was really great helped me define triggers n how to handle unnecessary ploblems I was having . OTC was the best thing that has happened to me and Saved My life, I will be forever great full for the care and loving support and care from all the staff and the peers I have met.
Oxford Treatment Center gave me an absolutely exceptional experience. The recreational opportunities are phenomenal, and the staff is simply as good as you can get. The science behind the disease of addiction is smart and fascinating, and the crew at OTC is gifted with a great ability to deliver that information. Once the food improves, OTC will find itself without parallel.
