OTC is by far is an amazing facility! I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone in need of help with alcohol or drug addiction. My therapist Deja is amazing! All the staff, counselors, and TA’s are caring and helpful. The campus alone is 110 acres of serene beauty. I felt so calm and relaxed while I was here. Having such a great calming environment to work own myself was a must for my recovery. All treatment centers will have their downfalls. This facility has changed my life, when I first arrived in detox the staff treated me great and took good care of me until I got past my alcohol withdrawal. Once I got into the residential side all the classes were very helpful to my recovery from addiction. I loved the process groups and we became a family sharing our stories together and helping eachother, also the NA meetings were great, music, art, hollistic therepy etc. Also a great fitness center and basketball court. I came to OTC with my tail between my legs not knowing what to expect. It has been difficult for me to not consider my stay here as a vacation. I have had an amazing time here so far. The classes keep me engaged and are very helpful. The staff here is amazing and truly bring out the best in people. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of drug, alcohol, or mental illness treatment.

Wow, this treatment facility is excellent! I learned a ton about myself and my addiction, past trauma and how to cope in healthy ways. The staff are incredible, I could really tell that most of them are passionate and care about the well-being of patients. You get out what you put in, and I got a lot out of my time here at OTC. My only quarrels are with the food, which whoever the food manager is could make some better choices for healthy, real meals, but I can’t complain because they still fed me and kept me fueled. The staff here is absolutely A1 on top of taking care of their patients! I personally had a bad experience with an insurance company that lied to me about coverage, and was told they were not going to after promising me I would be covered. OTC went way over the top doing their best to make sure I would have a plan set up before I left impatient.
