Everything is going good and glad to be here. Thanks to my counselor Deja and case manager Tiffany for always being there for me. The cabin is clean and it’s a blessing to be able to help my fellows here as we help each other stay sober.

Talk about shaky and sick when I arrived and the nurses help nurse me back to health. The whole medical staff are awesome and jewell my counselor was super. Mr Barry brings that Louisiana Cajun flavor to his groups and keeps everyone engaged. Miss Cassie was so nice and very efficient in getting my aftercare plan for discharge. I enjoyed the outdoor part the most and took in as much as I could in every group. Way to go Oxford treatment Center, thank you all so much.

I’d like to thank my counselor Forrest and Mr Barry for believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. Greatest choice I made in my life was coming back here for another round of treatment after a relapse. Miss Maria my case manager is awesome as well. I have zero complaints and praise all the staff here. The kitchen and cleaning crew deserve big props to put up with all us. There’s also big bass in the lake on campus.

Good overall experience even with some of the drama that takes place with all us addicts and all of a sudden no drugs. What helped me the most was to stay focused on my sobriety and to remember that I came here to help save my life. Mr Hank is amazing and his lectures are up front and personal that will rock you to your core. Mr Greg in equine therapy was so cool and related the horses to real life experiences that had lots of us crying because of the family dynamic. I came with my significant other because of the couples program and it blew my expectations away and gave me and us much more than we could have ever thought. Kate was my therapist and she provided compassion and empathy in every encounter and I’m so thankful for her. My experience here was superb and I would recommend this place for sure.

Nothing negative to say about this place. It definitely put me face to face with me which is what I needed because I was on the brink of death before I got here or on my way back to prison. Oxford is an eye opening experience and I’m glad I chose to come here.

I probably cried my first week to 10 days and I found it that I was grieving the loss of my drugs which was a big part of my life for many years. Then as the lightbulbs continued to turn on and the more clear I got the better my perception was as it relates to being in reality. I had an amazing therapist Katie who just listened to me over and over again always providing great feedback on exactly what I needed to hear. Just what the doctor ordered and I mean that with a happy heart. My experience here has been good and I’d recommend this place for anyone who thinks that they might or does have a drug and alcohol problem. Right now I’m counting my blessings just to be alive and not buried 6 feet under. Oxford has shown me a new approach to life and I want to thank my awesome therapist Deja the most. For me this is my last chance to get it right so I’m all in to sobriety and staying sober.
