When it came to making a final decision on where I’d go for treatment I chose Oxford treatment center because of all the positive reviews and it’s definitely payed off because I’ve been treated with the utmost respect by the entire staff. My detox went much better than the fear I had about it. The doctors and nurses are so professional and have deep compassion for all patients. Now that this is complete I’m going to the next phase at Resolutions so I can continue with my treatment. This has been an awesome experience and I am so glad I chose Oxford Treatment Center to get the help I sorely needed for my addiction.
Thank you all for allowing me to be here and get a plan in place as I transition to the next step and facility for my recovery. The staff is very caring and supportive no matter the time of day.
It took me about a week to adjust some and get my head a little clear. After that I really started to apply what the counselors were teaching me and that’s when I started to notice a difference in my sobriety. Super thankful I came to this beautiful place and I’ll be forever grateful. I had a good stay here even with a bad attitude for my first couple of weeks. Jarome my counselor was great and my case manager Tiffany was great to. I had so much chaos going on on the outside that at times it was difficult to concentrate but my experience here overall was beyond what I expected. Food was good and the TAs are awesome.
When I showed up for treatment here I was the most angry person in the world and the nurses just loved me through all of my madness. I had complaint after complaint but what I finally realized was that was my addiction running my life like it has for years. Slowly I started to heal bit by bit and today I’m starting to see that I can be as successful as I want to be as long as I don’t drink alcohol or take drugs. Being at Oxford treatment Center has given me a chance at a new life and I’m so thankful for my awesome counselor Joanna who was always so kind even when I wasn’t always at my best. Today I can see that I can live a life in recovery without using drugs.
My therapist Ambriel was amazing and helped me see that although I can’t change my past I can definitely start a new life. I have much gratitude for this facility. I will definitely recommend this great place to all who have alcohol or drug addiction.
