I liked Hanks class and LGBTQ in Etta. I got to spend a lot of time with my fellow pts there which was my favorite part. I also went to Resolutions and liked it there too
The food was good and the cleanliness was good! I liked the counseling
I liked Hanks teaching. I am a veteran and worked with Jarome and got a lot out of the trauma groups. D was great, treated everyone with respect. The people make the community.
I appreciate the comprehensive approach to treatment employed by OTC that encompasses multiple therapies including a cognitive behavioral approach, dialectical behavioral therapy, traditional 12 step recovery, medications, and experiential therapies incorporating music, art, horseback riding, yoga, stress reduction, and therapy that specifically addresses trauma. Great place to learn new skills to help with my sobriety and get my future plans in order. Helpful staff and nice facilities. Resolutions was great for getting me ready to have a healthy routine in my outside life.
As a long term employee I have seen many lives changed by the therapeutic services offered and received by patients in our care. The staff are true professionals and treat patients, visitors and other staff members with the utmost kindness, dignity and respect. Great place to get a foothold on life and reenter the community as a responsible and productive member of society.
We were treated like people and not just clients. We were welcomed like family and cared about. My thoughts and feelings were taken into consideration.
The entire staff is amazing. They genuinely do this because of their passion for helping others. Special kudos to Ron, Donna, Vikki, and Courtney. I hope I never have to come back here unless it is to share a success story.
