oxford has really took such great care of me & ms sabrina has a knack of making me dig deep to bring up memories that were buried and then how to let them go. mr barry and mr hank are the best group leaders because my attention was captured for sure.
After a relapse and having some time sober it's a very humbling experience to go to treatment again but its been a great decision to get the help again i needed. Now that thats behind me being sober has to be my daily lifestyle. Recommend otc.
otc has a wonderful detox and the nurses and ta are so cool and make sure all is good.
Everything at otc has been fabulous, and the food is always good and tasty. My cabin was cleaned daily and so so comfortable. The cowboys at equine are great. Ms Kate's and mr barry groups are powerful. Give yourself a break is a cliche thats working
I learned to not react to my impulses here and that has benefitted me in so many different ways, and by not reacting, I've gotten so much more respect. Being sober is my life now. Thanks OTC
My most memorable time here has been the breakthroughs in my individual sessions with my counselor and the love and support I was shown in my process group. My peers are awesome and so is the staff.
This is a first class facility and there is so much hope here. My attitude is much different now that recovery has taken hold and for that I am truly thankful.
My coming to and staying for treatment at first was hard and it took me about a week or so before I felt better but I can openly say today this has been a wonderful experience at oxford. My process group is the best and ms clara in art is awesome.
I started getting help once I finally surrendered and let others help me, especially ms ashley and my process group. Also what helped a lot was mr hank and the hijacked brain each week. The food was great and my room and bed was clean and comfortable
