My experience has been very good, even during periods where I just wanted to run, but my therapist Victoria has taught me to let my emotions and feelings settle by great breathing techniques that have worked each time I practice it.
I knew after day one that I arrived at a special place to get the help needed for my addiction. OTC is incredible and the staff are well versed and the most caring people I've ever encountered. Excellent place for treatment.

Nice clean place and I loved the outdoors approach with activities like volleyball and the disc course because it made my treatment that much better. Art and Music with Mr Terrell and Ms Hannah are fabulous as well. I definitely recommend Oxford.
All has been really good on my end and I compliment the staff at oxford, especially my case manager Tika for securing me a great aftercare plan. The groups are all good, especially ms Kate, Hank, Barry and sabrina.
I had an awesome experience and my therapist Sabrina is fantastic and taught me to redirect my thoughts when I felt challenged instead of reacting to my feelings. TA's Ralph, David, Sonya, and Yolanda are a true blessing for OTC patients.
