Oxford has definitely given me much more as I reflect back on my experience. To finally have gratitude in my heart and to be able to speak up for myself is huge. The hijacked bran and ropes course were super awesome. The nurses are fantastic.
There are so many positive influences here and I'd like to that Ms Clara the art therapist so being so kind and compassionate in her classes. Also, thanks to all of the cowboys at equine and their demonstrations with the horses, and the ride was good
Extraordinary things have happened and it's because of the work I put in at this center. The old saying, "You get out of it what you put into it" is a real thing because the outcomes have been amazing. I truly admire every staff member here.
My treatment time has been incredible, plus I've actually had fun being here. The awards ceremony on Friday is so uplifting and powerful. The ropes courses are fantastic as is equine therapy. My whole life has changed as as result of coming to OTC.

When I arrived on this beautiful campus I was treated as though I really mattered and recovery is worth it because I'm worth it. I loved the 12 step walk, hijacked brain, awards ceremony, art, music and equine therapy. But my process group was great.
