OTC and my therapy here has been great. Mr Mark is what I needed because his insight and planning ahead has taught me to trust this process called recovery and to not overreact when I start feeling anxious. Every group was uplifting and well taught.

Life is a great teacher and OTC has taught me not to let my past dictate my future. I loved everything here. Mr Anthony, Hank, Jarome, Terrell, Barry, Ms Kate, Joanna, Ambriel, Jewel, Jewell, Clara, and Ashley are incredible counselors. Loved it all.

A few days in I heard something so profound that It will stick with me the rest of my life, "lower my expectations and increase my acceptance". Today that's exactly how I'm living. OTC is a wonderful place to learn and grow as a human being.
