All has been really good on my end and I compliment the staff at oxford, especially my case manager Tika for securing me a great aftercare plan. The groups are all good, especially ms Kate, Hank, Barry and sabrina.
I had an awesome experience and my therapist Sabrina is fantastic and taught me to redirect my thoughts when I felt challenged instead of reacting to my feelings. TA's Ralph, David, Sonya, and Yolanda are a true blessing for OTC patients.
This experience is worth way more than just time spent away from the outside because I never would have imagined that entire outlook and perspective about sobriety would have changed like it did since coming here. True spiritual awakening.
Just wish it was 10 starts because these people really deserve the best what the amount of excellent treatment they've provided me and countless others. Definitely highly recommend OTC. Please come if you need help before its too late.
