I was pretty hopeless when I got here but after about a week I began to have some hope and gratitude that I hadn't experienced in quite some time because of my addiction. It feels great to feel human again. Thanks OTC and I recommend this facility.
Sobriety rules today. My sobriety means more to me now than ever before and I plan on following through with AA meetings to stay sober. The Thursday night H&I meeting when the visitors come to share their storied inspired me to want to stay sober.
I had nothing to be grateful for before I got to OTC but my time there was eye opening and heart filling. Today I can express my feelings without getting too overwhelmed. Thanks to all there that helped me.

My therapist Jewel was a great mentor and taught me great grounding techniques to quell my anxiety. Ralph, Vikki and Yolanda the TA's were hero's and get the job done. Matt, Buffie and Meagan on the weekends are super awesome.
