I visited this facility We toured PA Peterson at the Citadel. Nothing wrong with the facility. They had great care, but the facility is dated. They showed us a one-bedroom and a studio apartment. However, I wasn't going to put my mom there, and it was a personal thing. Everything's great. I know where she's coming from, and I don't think she would like it. They have common areas where everybody can meet. They have different levels of care there. Everything was fine, so you could go in there and get rehab.... read more

I visited this facility We visited the PA Peterson at the Citadel. It was very nice, clean, and homey. It seemed like it would be a good place to bring families into to visit. The overall facility was very nice, seemed secure, and it seemed very homey. The staff who took us on the tour was very knowledgeable, she had a lot of experience, and she answered all of our questions. The facility was very clean and the rooms are very nice.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother has stayed here twice for rehab. The room was private and nicely made up. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all requests. She appreciated the therapy staff willing to work with the times she wished to do therapy. Their whole team met with us a couple of days into her stay and were prompt in addressing concerns especially her pain.
I visited this facility Friendly welcome by the receptionist. Facility is clean and staff were able to answer my questions regarding a possible stay after surgery.
