My mother hasn't even been there for one day yet. I knew this was going to happen too cause of all the bad reviews I saw. They don't have comodes for people that need them. They leave you pissy and shitty in your bed for HOURS I may add. Nurses never come when you call for them. Straight up elder abuse. Don't let your family come here. Cold fish sandwiches too.
Unsanitary- roaches (ground floor) and mice (1st floor) & carpet that reeks of pee Food is disgusting and has ppl sick often Nursing care is subpar, scarce as they don't know how to adequately staff their facility. Injuries galore- meaning your loved one will come up with mystery bruises, broken legs &/or arms Take your person home and hire a private duty caregiver.
Went to visit a friend. She has been there 3 days. Food is real good always something different. Staff is nice
My sister lives here currently and I am so happy to see her finally putting on weight. She says the food is very good, and her nurse is kind and caring.
Went to this facility to visit a friend. As I am walking down the hall way a facility worker is walking in front of me spraying the hall way and into rooms with what appeared to be a aerosol free-breeze to cover the very strong urine smell lingering . Her room has NO hot water. How staff washes their hand properly is concerning. I would never put a family member in this place! I have attached plenty of photos for you to decide on your own.
