Love Martina! She is so thorough and thoughtful. The medications she has prescribed have been helpful so far, as was her explanation of how and when to use them and the dosages. I feel I am in very good hands, and I'm picky!
Rex and the ladies made my TMS treatments a treat! I can't say enough about the TMS and EMDR programs. Invest in yourself. They are worth the $$$
I moved to CA from a different state and was worried about switching mental health providers and continuing my treatment. However, Alex was super kind and understanding about my situation, and offered new insights. I am grateful and looking forward to continuing my treatment with Pacific Mind Health.
First rate practice that cares for the patients. Response is timely and professional. I missed my appointment by accident and they called multiple times to make sure I was ok. Wow! Everyone in this group is excellent, anytime I have had to call for a change of appointment to prescription refills they have been on top of it, Assal Tavoloki is my PA and she is fabulous. I just met Rex today as well as the office manager , they couldn't have been nicer and very professional! These guys are the best of the best!
I have started my treatment with Bahareh Saidian and I can say I am very confident she will be able to help me. Not only is she actually listening to my worries, wants, and needs; she's providing different types of solutions for my issues. I do see the light at the end of the tunnel. She has made me hopeful for a better tomorrow. I definitely recommend this provider.

Alicia is amazing. When I first came to her she was in the Bay Area. When she moved to Southern California I was devastated. Luckily she offered to do Tele-care. I've been seeing her since 2016 and when I came to her I thought my depression was as good as it was going to get. She recognized that she could get me to a better place and she did! I love this place Dr. Mottsin is amazing and so understanding ! I had an appt with his nurse practitioner Jordan for the first time today and was not feeling my best and she made me feel so much better! Also I want to say The office manager Maria has been so helpful since the first day I made my appt .

Everyone I've interacted with has been wonderful. They accept my insurance (!). I am able to meet virtually, and they are proactive about scheduling so it's super easy. I almost gave up on finding a therapist because there were none in my area taking new patients and accepting insurance. I'm so glad I found Pacific Mind Health.
