I have started my treatment with Bahareh Saidian and I can say I am very confident she will be able to help me. Not only is she actually listening to my worries, wants, and needs; she's providing different types of solutions for my issues. I do see the light at the end of the tunnel. She has made me hopeful for a better tomorrow. I definitely recommend this provider.

Alicia is amazing. When I first came to her she was in the Bay Area. When she moved to Southern California I was devastated. Luckily she offered to do Tele-care. I've been seeing her since 2016 and when I came to her I thought my depression was as good as it was going to get. She recognized that she could get me to a better place and she did! I love this place Dr. Mottsin is amazing and so understanding ! I had an appt with his nurse practitioner Jordan for the first time today and was not feeling my best and she made me feel so much better! Also I want to say The office manager Maria has been so helpful since the first day I made my appt .

Everyone I've interacted with has been wonderful. They accept my insurance (!). I am able to meet virtually, and they are proactive about scheduling so it's super easy. I almost gave up on finding a therapist because there were none in my area taking new patients and accepting insurance. I'm so glad I found Pacific Mind Health.

I have been going to Pacific Mind Health for a while now and every interaction I've had has been great. Every one is incredibly friendly and personable. It is hard for me to feel comfortable in most places, but they make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Finding this location was not hard at all. Walking in I noticed how nice and organized everything is. The receptionist was sweet and greeted me as soon as I walked in, she asked if I would like some water while I waited. I didn't wait long till my doctor came out and greeted me. The visit felt great and I am happy with the service they provided me. It didn't take long for me to feel comfortable while I was there.
