I was impressed with Pacific Nissan. I took my Sentra because I thought that I needed my brakes serviced. I made an appointment with Beth M. Upon arriving she totally took care of my concerns. She did a quick inspection and noticed that I didn't need brakes at all. No pressure. No up sale. Actually, I was treated like a part of the family. I stated that I needed my oil changed anyway. I have to say I was extremely fortunate to work with Beth M. in the service department today. She took time to help me with a bad situation and in the end turned out pretty sweet. Beth is the epitome of excellent customer service; the kind where I would pay a little more for service because I can trust the person is honest. After today, Pacific Nissan is my choice.
