I had my oil changed here and made the mistake of giving them my email. I now receive no less than two emails per day from Nissan and have not been able to successfully unsubscribe. The oil change price and level of service would have earned Pacific Nissan a 5 star review but selling my email earns them the lowest 1 star rating I have ever given out.
I really wish I had read the reviews for this dealership before we went in to purchase a car. We came in knowing the car we wanted to look at and was pre-qualified. When we got there the person we were expecting was no longer with the company. Then they had us refill out the credit form with the understanding that they were not going to rerun our credit and took hubby's drivers licence. Horrible customer service! Horrible dealer. Beware of Andres Vasquez. He's is suppose to be a manager but he's scum on the bottom of my shoe. He's disrespectful and rude and needs to get fired. Messed up my credit dealing with this bogus dealer. DON'T GO HERE!

I was tricked by the sales guy when I went there to trade my car. (Ok, I was also dumb). Nissan Pacific ripped me off and my loan debt is absurd!! DO NOT get a car from them EVER.
