Im currently a tenant with them been with them for 2 years now. The process to getting the property was fast I didnt have to pay a fee until after saw place and wanted it. The reached out in a timely matter so I have no complaints. From my understanding being fact they have property all over they have case manger that deal with so many properties and certain areas. As a vendor for Pacific Oak, I must say that they are great. The property managers are kind and very helpful and come to your defense in any situation. Very fair with the bids and believe in keeping us as vendors busy with work. They are very prompt with solving any issues you have and need clarification on and believe in doing the job right. I have worked with many companies and this by far has been the most efficient and well maintained company to do service for. I give 5 stars always. Very happy with them.

Current tenant: I strongly advise others to think carefully before renting from this ********** has now been three weeks since I reported damage to my garage, and no one has made any real attempt to repair it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been keeping my mouth shut for fear of retaliation as I am a current tenant but I am absolutely done. Found a listing in *****, ** for one of their properties on Zillow. There are no pictures of the rental at all. I was able to use the address to find the rental. It had large sign in the window stated the house had been winterized. The gas meter is missing. The trash was still in the garbage bins because there was no one to take it to the curb. The gutters were completely full of leaves and tree needles. Found out from a neighbor the house has only been lived in for a couple of months in a least 6, likely 15 years. The last ... read more

Zero isnt an option or i would have chosen it. Most usless. Middle man, unhelpful, useless property management company I have come acrosss. I have lived in 23 of the 50 states fyi, several PMs none **** terrible, make me long for more AI
Scam! ****************. They gave my contact information out when I requested for a showing on a house. When I got to the house the lock box with the key had low battery and they asked me to replace it myself. The second lockbox didnt even have a key in it. This company is a joke. Scam!
