The staff very friendly, the lady in charge, not so much. With Hospice, my Mom was safe, no longer alone, and was in the best place we could find. They did a good job, especially when she was in her last days, and many bathroom accidents. They did not stick to the plan in her last days to be checked on every two hours. I would recommend them. Nothing is perfect, but I felt the staff made a big difference. Also, they were very good with revising invoices when there were questions of the level of care.

I am so pleased with the services that my mother has been receiving at Pacifica. The community is clean, the food is delicious, has a great variety of activities and wonderful caring staff. The down fall is the business office director has messed up my mothers billing multiple times, has not cashed her rent payment on time more then once and is full of excuses. I love how they treat her. Her room and others areas are always very clean. The staff is wonderful! Her care and med techs are great. Meals are given 2 choices and my Mom enjoys them! On activities she being 100 doesn't participate much. But they seem well organized. $$ is not over what seems reasonable for the care my Mom is receiving!

My brother is now in a safe and caring environment and I can go to sleep at night knowing he’s getting the care he needs while retaining his dignity as he battles dementia. Pacifica Assisted Living is an incredible place with an outstanding and caring staff and I found it thanks to A Place For Mom. Excellent! Except one of the selling points for me was that they provided transportation to and from doctor's appointments, and they do not. I've had four different appointments in the last six weeks, and a ride was provided for only one of them. Uber costs really add up. It costs approximately $40 for a round trip.
When I came into the community to tour there were a group of residents singing with a young lady with an angelic voice. They all seemed so happy and adored her. I signed in for my tour and the receptionist called over [name removed] the Marketing Director. She was the one singing with the residents, as many tours I’ve been on I’ve never see the Marketing Department interacting with the residents besides passing through on tours. Pacifica is the best place I toured. I'm thrilled they had room for me. I have lived here for over a year. I feel safe and secure an cared about. Our home here is beautiful and spacious.
