All 5s! I couldn't have selected a better place for my mom. She is a completely different person after moving there. She is so happy and loves everything about it! The entire staff are incredible! Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.! It's really a wonderful and caring place. The keep all residents active with a daily itinerary of fun things to do that stimulate them. I love how the facility is laid out. The decorations are lovely and themed well. My dad started to resist being here but with time he has adjusted well. The staff have been patient and understanding! I like the guidance I received on how to deal with leaving him alone.

It was the cleanest place we visited. It didn't smell and felt like home. It was also the most cost effective. Based on the experience we have had so far with Pacific Senior Living, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Overall, they are very accommodating, have a very good reputation, and our Mom seems happy there. Only issue I have is sometimes they are lacking in responding to some of my requests/follow-ups and I have to reach out to them sometimes a few times to get the info I need. It could be that they are understaffed but not sure.

This community is good. I'm comfortable with having my dad here. The housekeeping is good, his room is always clean. Communication with the family is very good. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
