Pacifica Northridge staff are wonderful and treat staff and residents care, respect and support and affection. 1 facility. The facility is clean and well managed. I highly recommend this community.

Pacifica is a great place to have someone you love with dementia stay. It is clean, beautiful and friendly. The staff is wonderful, [Removed] the director did everything possible to make my mom’s stay here perfect. They all went out of their way to make everything just right. The caregivers are really caring, [Removed]. If I’ve missed your name I’m sorry but you all are included down to the cook, servers, and especially [Removed], the maintenance [Removed]. Thank you all for your time and help!

I live out of state, so when I visit my sister, I stay in her room for about 3 days and I have never notice anything that concerned me. It is nice that I can stay in her room with her.

I love this place! I’m happy dad is here! The staff is amazing, and so loving and gentle with the residents here. Dads been here a few years now. We had looked at several places and this is by far the nicest, cleanest, most modern facility, with a great staff. They always have fun activities which most of the residents join in on. I couldn’t have enough about Pacifica senior living. Thank you so much Pacifica.

My mother moved into Pacifica Northridge a few weeks ago and couldn’t have done it without the caring and support that [Removed] have given our family. All of the staff has gone above and beyond to help mom and family adjust to the changes. They truly made us feel that we didn’t have to go it alone. Thank you for giving us peace of mind knowing she is well takes care of.
