My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Riverside and everything has been going very well for him at this facility so far. The staff are good. The cleanliness and friendliness are very good. The care services, activities, meals and value for cost are also good. My only complaint would be that it's hard to reach someone every time you call to check on your loved one. Otherwise, things have been going really well.

We were so nervous and overwhelmed when tasked with finding care for my uncle. The staff was caring, welcoming and empathetic. They made a challenging process easier. My uncle is settling in and making this is new home.

I can say that family need to be constantly involved in the process of activities. Community is very clean and friendly. The residents seem very happy and cared for. I am looking forward to seeing how my mom does here. I have good expectations. Today is my mom's first day.
