It's a low-key place and provides a sense of community for its residence- nice cooked meals- nice large individual rooms Freedom of choice to be outside or stay inside

I liked the idea of the more community based pods vs the one large hospital-esk facility. I thought it would promote my Mom to be more interactive, and it felt more like a home atmosphere rather than a facility. Plus they reportedly had all types of activities. Their sales speel was geared toward what they wished more than what they actually have.

It could be better, but it could be worse. They are trying hard to improve their reputation. There are good friendly people and a lovely campus, just 5 minutes from my home. When we have expressed concerns, they responded. It is the least expensive place that I have found and the driving distance is worth the imperfections.

As long as you're a proactive person who doesn't mind being a squeaky wheel, the community is fine. They just recently hired a new Activity's Director, so I'm expecting to see improvement in life enriching activities, but in the end, the resident has to want to engage. The Med Techs are competent and pleasant. The location is perfect for myloved one because it is close to me, so I can visit often and supplement any caregiving or housekeeping deficits I encounter along the way. My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish and the experience has been just okay so far. The staff is somewhat limited and housekeeping was nil up until recently. The move in process was good. Overall communication is not great. I do suggest that management communicate more with the family. The meals do not look very appealing and several have been missed.

I have never seen my uncle so happy. He is participating in events. He is dancing, doing crafts, and socializing. Everyone is friendly. I, personally, don't feel I have to worry about him and his care now.

Great people, cute place, activities could be better. The bus hasn't been working since my mom moved in. So they haven't gone anywhere as promised. No bingo prizes, so I buy them for the players.

They are friendly, her room and the place is pretty clean, staff is nice and she has therapy coming in twice a week, I've never eaten there or gone to any activities. We are having a very good experience with Pacifica so far!! My mom really seems to like it there. We picked this community, because they are close, and they will take medicaid once she runs out of funds to private pay.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the experience was very nice, it really was a toss up between this community and another and the only reason we chose the other community was their location was closest to our family.
