We had a good tour at Pacifica Snohomish. The staff was very friendly. The living spaces were little cottages, which could be good or bad, depending on your loved one's needs. I just didn’t get the same overall good feeling from it as I did for the place we chose.

The community was nice. However, they told the family they wouldn't be able to care for my loved one and that is the reason we didn't go with them.

We had a very good tour experience with Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish. This was our second choice, and if for some reason it does not work out where my loved one is at now, this is where we would move her to. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The reason we went with another facility initially was just because it felt light and airy when you walked in. Pacifica is a little more dark, I think it is just the paint colors used. Other than that this seemed like a wonderful facility.

The process was a lot easier than I was expecting. They're very receptive to requests. Unfortunately, I think they have some short-staffing issues, like a lot of places these days. So they're not quite as attentive as I would like them to be - but that's not to say they aren't attentive. My family member loves it there and is very happy with them. We just wish they could be more proactive in things like cleaning, emptying garbage, and things like that.

My sister has lived at Pacifica of Snohomish since August 2020. I can visit her often because she live 5 minutes away. The care team is friendly and have helped my sister acclimate to assisted living. I feel very positive about her living there. I also feel that if I have concerns I will be listened to and the care team will act.

Very friendly and caring staff. There is ample outdoor space to go for walks, watch the wildlife or just relax.
