Coming to Pacifica was a real comfortable transition with the help of Teresa. She was extremely kind, understanding and resourceful. I had toured 10 facilities in the Bay Area before discovering Pacifica Union City. Teresa gave me a tour and explained all the benefits of entering the Pacifica community. [Removed] A wonderful person to work with and is great with all her intakes. I toured the community. Pacific senior living and place is clean, neat and friendly place. The staff and the residences look happy and there is activity going on. I would recommend this place (facility) to anyone who is looking for a place like home.
