I toured several facilities in the area and none compared to Pacifica. I wanted my father to feel welcome and safe in his new home. The entire staff is amazing and they take excellent care of him. The facility is beautiful and immaculate, dining room food delicious and the care is top-notch. I highly recommend Pacifica.
Coming to Pacifica was a real comfortable transition with the help of [Removed]. She was extremely kind, understanding, and resourceful. I had toured 10 facilities in the Bay Area before discovering Pacifica Union City. [Removed] gave me a tour and explained all the benefits of entering the Pacifica community. She facilitated in providing me with the necessary tools to transition my stepmom out of the home and into a facility. In the halls she always makes a point to check-in and say hi. The people who help me are very friendly and helpful. The meals are delicious and very nutritious. My room is very pleasant and very clean. Next month I am looking forward to October first and Halloween.

My mother and her partner love it here. They have a one bedroom apartment and really enjoy the community. The people who work here have been consistently kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Very accommodating staff. Clean, concise, no odors. Food is great. Atmosphere is warm and loving. Near major freeways and stores. Would recommend this place to others.

My grandpa used to live here and he always participated in activities. It helped him so much. The activities do a great job with involving residents. They bring a certain extra spice to the facility and the food is great.
