RecommendedMark is right on top of things from the very beginning. He knows how to get things done in financing and housing market. Whenever I had a question he was especially prompt in getting back to me. It was an unusually complicated transaction for me. Mark came up with solutions and called during the rough spots to reassure me we were on track. By interfacing with the sellers agent, he was instrumental in having my offer accepted.
RecommendedI can't recommend Rodd Miller at Pacific Residential Mortgage strong enough. I've know Rodd for 20 years, he's financed every real estate purchase for me. I have never even considered using anyone else. Every loan has been handled with the utmost care and professionalism. My real estate broker likes working him as well.
