They pulled a tax return on my employer without permission, so I fired them. Then I receive a letter from them saying that they declined my application. then they repeatedly lie. I have 800+ credit, so this isn't some sour grapes review. Go elsewhere for good service.
Blake Rice, at Pacific Residential Mortgage was absolutely wonderful. I was going through a very difficult divorce situation but he was always kind, helpful and efficient. It was also very easy to get hold of him, which has not always been my experience.
