It must have been a different Bill who came out to quote my replacement fence. After 5 days with no reply, I emailed Palisades and asked why. I was also concerned that Bill did not seem to even want the job. He told me to get several more bids, told me my job was unique and would probably be expensive, and took virtually no notes while he was on site. Talk about several ways to turn off a customer.
