Has been decent up to now we have not had much concern. They have been settling accounts. Recently got letter from a collector suing us. Hoping this works out since we have been paying for about 1.5 years now. When we asked if the account/plaintiff had ever been contacted, the question was never really answered and told us we need to work with a local attorney and they would call them and work on a settlement. We are very pleased with the service that Palisade Legal Group has supplied to us. All the agents/employees we have dealt with with have been very friendly and have answered all our questions we have. The only thing we would like to see is the creditor's name associated with the settlement fee that is taken out of the account. Me contactan mensualmente via telfono y correo electrnico para saber si tengo alguna pregunta. En MAYO/23/2024 se cumple los primeros famosos 6 meses con pagos de $326 mensuales. The experience has been very smooth everybody on the customer service line, and even the helpline for technical service has been very helpful. In the way of assisting me in my situation. Besides the monthly phone calls, I was able to watch my debt disappear on the online portal and was getting excited every day that it was getting closer to being paid off.
