I filed a complaint against this company because I sent a check for over ***** dollars in August 2022. I was asked why I didn't get the Regular deposit of my monthly fee which was about 500 dollars per month. I felt since I had paid such a large amount to settle my debts that I couldn't pay the additional 500 dollar fee. Palisade was able to settle my debt for me for less than half. Of what I owed to various creditors. **************** representatives are always nice positive about your situation and listen. Excited about becoming debt free. Within 6 months, I went from 9 credits being outstanding to 6 paid off. I was told everything upfront and all my questions answered.

They are professional and courteous. I haven't had any major issues. Follow up on account status could be a little better, but overall I'm satisfied.
I have been pleased with each representative Ive talked with all very helpful. They have answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Just one or two things that I was not aware were the fees being charged and time it is taking to get settlements on all my creditors. Ive been with them since November 2022 and only one creditor so far with a settlement. Overall they have done what they said they would do. We will see in the next few months how many creditors will have settlements.
