Look No More! You Should Live Here! Long time resident here! I thoroughly enjoy living here. Great location with easy access to the expressway and the interstate. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance! More than anything, our complex is quite, safe, and exceptionally well-kept! The grounds are beautifully maintained. Palmetto Creek has gated-access, easy parking, a pool, and a staff that treats you like family! No need to look anywhere else! This is the right place. You can thank me later!
Palmetto Creek This is the best apartment I have every lived in. The outdoor space has beautiful landscape, a pool area with lounge chairs, barbecue pits for entertainment. There are restaurants in walking distance. The staff is helpful 24/7. At my age and retired, I feel safe at all times. Would love to live here for the rest of my life.
Palmetto Creek Gated apartment homes. The 3rd floor is well worth the walk-up.The 2 bedroom/2 bath is spacious w/ 12 foot ceilings a sun room. Pool is small but refreshing on a steamy hot summer day. Largest drawback - apartments are next to a freeway w/ no sound barrier. A good night's sleep can be trying. Suitable for adults w/out children since there are no play areas for them. Pets are welcome.
Poor Business Ethics I lived here for 3 years. The apartments are beautiful & spacious and the grounds are gorgeous. I would not choose to live here again for these reasons: 1. Noisy neighbors. For 3 years I had two noisy residents below me. The second set of residents were the worst. One was a musician. He would yell & play music loudly at all times of the day & night. Horrible At first i was love with the property until i received an email after my move. Palmetto is definitely on a collection spree. Received an notice for $2336. My apartment was very clean. The same i revived it is the same waY i gave it back. Charging me for celilng fan replacements , carpet, walls , extra paint etc all non sense that i feel does not apply to me . This is really affecting me and i refuse to pay for ANYTHING I KNOW WASN'T DAMAGE. Please take photos before and after
They are on a Collection Spree Beware, they are on a collection spree. This happened not just with me, but with few other folks whom I know lived in this apartments just recently. When you are entering the apartment take photos of every part of the apartment and also before leaving, otherwise you end up paying thousands of dollars. Even few small spots on your countertop you might end up paying up to $2000 and also will be charged for complete carpet replacement even after living up to 3 years. Palmetto Creek If you love to waste your money on old and clogged A/C's , if you love to be treated as number and not as a customer , if you really love to spend your earnings in old dryers that needs 2 cycles to do their job, if you like community pools that looks like a wonderful emerald ocean, if you want to wait 10 days to get your problem fixed , this is the right apartment for you !
Apt Flooded from Faulty Washer Upstairs and They Charged ME for the carpet! I lived at Palmetto Creek for 8 months and while it states that it is a "gated" community the gates were open and non-working on a regular (weekly) basis. I chose this place because I liked the floor plan of the apartment, but after moving in I got to really see how cheap all of the finishes are. The refrigerator was a tad bit larger than one you'd find in a travel trailer. The cabinet doors were plastic laminate and nearly all of them were chipped. ... read more
