I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach villa 6 is a wonderful property. However the mattress in the master needs to be replaced ASAP. The worst we have ever had. Had to sleep in 2nd bedroom. Otherwise a perfect place to be. Front desk especially helpful.

The owner has an eye for detail for decor and comfort. Well appointed and stocked with everything for a comfortable stay. The villa was in a prime location on the 7th fairway of the Fazio course. Lovely condo! This property was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private patio was a pleasant outdoor spot in which to relax, and the community pool was just steps away. We appreciated the starter kits for kitchen and laundry essentials and sun care too. When the coffeemaker stopped working after one use and I notified the rental office, a new one was delivered within 24 hours.
