Very clean and spacious. 10 minute walk to beach, with beach cart available in storage room. Check in and check out were quick and simple.

One suggestion is to take the lifts off the bed in the primary room. I could not get in the bed so I had to sleep in the guest room. My 6 foot husband also found it unnecessarily high.
