Fantastic Week at 53 Fazio In years past, we have rented houses in Palmetto Dunes. With the cost of houses going up, we decided to try a townhome this year. Our unit was just what we needed ! The unit was clean, spacious, well appointed and located in a great part of Palmetto Dunes. The close proximity to the pool was great, the oversized deck allowed for dinners out on the deck. Hilton Head The check in process was not good and the young lady gave no directions or provided any assistance. Got a notice to tow my car from parking in what is apparently owner parking only. Guess that happened because she told me nothing. Don’t think the HOA people want renters.
71 Off Shore The property is nice. Was clean upon our arrival. The bedroom upstairs is hot. Tough to sleep up there. The temperature of the rest of the house is fine. Decent pool. A ways to the beach if that is important to you.
Clean & Cozy The property is clean, easily accessible and has been nicely appointed, especially for a rental property. There are some areas of minor wear and tear as expected with a rental property, some associated with renters others with the environment being near a beach. It provides quick access to the quiet Turnberry semi-shaded pool. Its more of a community pool and neighborhood experience vs. a resort / hotel like environment. Fun Week Overall, this facility was very nice. Spacious and offered all the needed amenities. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. Just a few items: the downstairs shower was slow to drain. The dishwasher's soap dispenser had two pods completely dried & stuck to the dispenser. I had to work to clean out the area, in order to add my own pod. We had to register online as 10 guests, but there were only about 6 washcloths. We had to wash our washcloths and towels frequently and some of us used hand towels for washcloths. We we... read more

We purchased a new gas grill for the deck; we had maintenance address the dishwasher and contacted housekeeping for more towels/linens for larger groups. The condo was great! We loved the location and all the amenities that came with it. It was an easy rental. I only wish Palmetto Dunes would allow you to go into the property early if it is available. I know our condo was empty the whole day of our arrival, but we could not go in until 4:00 pm. It would be nice if they could call or text when the property is ready. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we will be back next year!
Fantastic The condo was immaculate and the location was amazing. We stayed a week with 3 kids under 5 and having the pool and beach right there made it ideal. Highly recommend

Amazing Home Perfect house for a family vacation. We have stayed in this house the past two summers because of the amazing pool and perfect location. Would recommend 10/10!!
