Great place to stay! Online description is right on. A little difficult to find at first but great, quiet location. Easy checkin through the mail ahead of time. At first, the door code didn’t work but called the night contact and they quickly got us in with a new code. The beach is close and walkable but renting bikes made the trip super easy and convenient. Bring a red flashlight if you plan to be at the beach at night. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Great house! Wonderful house. I was just surprised the room with the pool table was called a bedroom.
Quick vacation trip Decided on a quick few days down to Hilton Head Island and really appreciated the easy rental process. Keyless entry, parking pass in advance, so easy. Rented bikes and had a quick bike to the beach and for coffee each day.
Wonderful Spot for Family or Friends This house was exceptionally clean when we arrived. There is a large open space (great room) with several conversation areas, which is perfect for large gatherings of family or friends. And to top it off, it is located in Palmetto Dunes - one of my favorite areas on the island.
Property smelled of smoke and fabreeze. Otherwise it was clean and had everything we needed Our experience was good. Other than the smoke and fabreeze smell. The owner was excellent at responding to any questions I had.

My condo has a non-smoking policy so I was surprised by this review. I contacted my property manager since he checks the condo after each group of guests check-out. The guests there the previous week left at 10am Saturday May 21st. My manager enters the condo and checks for any damage. Then the cleaners come in for 2 hours. The property manager then rechecks the condo to make sure the cleaners have done their jobs and everything is ready for the next guest . Neither my manager or cleaners smelled smoke or Fabreeze. Location location location! This was the BEST place! We loved the ocean view and access, and we would definitely book again! The owner was super helpful, quickly responding to questions and providing detailed information. Everything was immaculate and well cared for and there was plenty of space. The only improvements that can really be made would be to update the TVs and the master bedroom mattress. Otherwise, it was the perfect stay!

12 Cartgate Outside of property was seriously lacking proper maintenance. Pool had not been cleaned - trash and in and around outside trash storage room - siding rotted and fallen off Inside while dated was nice and spacious and had been cleaned properly Normal paced walk to beach took at least 20 minutes without lugging any beach gear Will not be staying at this location again

729 Queens Grant stay Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Only problem was the curtains were sheer for the main bedroom. We put up a sheet for privacy. Other than that, it was great! Loved the deck view.
