Very pleasant stay! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. In need of care. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a central, pleasant location, but in need of care. There was a film on cabinets, furniture worn (sank to floor in chair), floors are sagging, shower head broken, food left in fridge.
Beautiful condo Beautiful condo on HHI. We have stayed at Captains Walk before but this was the first time at this particular one. Because these condos are not brand new many are still very outdated with furniture and appliances. Captains walk 477 was Amazing because of all the recent renovations. My daughter loved the twin mini bedroom with all the books. Sliding those windows open in the master bedroom to listen to the waves crash was priceless. Shelter Cove Brief stay Everything about the listing was totally accurate. The unit was immaculate. The only recommendation would be to replace the king size mattress in the one room as I ended up sleeping in the other room with two beds. Great location - loved reading and eating overlooking the harbor. Would stay again

Wonderful property It was everything as advertised.
2 bedroom condo We were absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of this unit. We have been going to different beaches for over 30 years and we have never rented a unit like this one. The owner went over the top in the beginning to answer our questions. We hope to rent this unit again. The view was also incredible!!

Fabulous house Fabulous House in great location! We did however have one glitch and this was no reflection on owners. The dishwasher never worked the entire time we were there. We had a house full of 10 family members and cooked 2 huge dinners. One Birthday and the was Easter. We called 2X and they kept telling us someone was coming to repair. Nobody showed up. It was quite an inconvenience washing dishes and pots and pans while trying to be on vacation. NOT very good customer service.

However, we are at the mercy of third party vendors and although we called several times and thought we had secured appointments, when they don't show up, it is as disappointing for us. Spring Break House and locations was perfect. The property management company was non responsive. I called the front desk. They stated someone would call about the pool. The bottom of the pool was VERY dirty. I also messaged via the VRBO app but no one ever responded to my inquiry if someone could come by to clean the pool. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and overall house was very comfortable! 5 stars on the property. 1 star on the property management company
