Unfortunately, we do not have a record of your call, or we certainly would have addressed these issues for you. I have instructed maintenance to look into all of the issues you have reported here. The balcony has pine sap, not bird poop. Which is a by product of the pine trees and shade, we cannot keep up with it, try as we do!
