Great place, needs a good clean. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. Loved the location Nice home with pool. Home is dated and needs some love but comfortable. Would be nice to have access to the bike sand kayaks. Not super happy with the check in system or level of service provided. Was hung up on when I called in asking questions about the check-in system and app. The home gets 4 stars, the management company gets 0 stars.

Nice location but the unit is dirty and not maintained Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. Wonderful stay We had a wonderful stay at Fazio Villas! Pam and Mike were incredibly responsive before and during our stay. The Villa was well appointed with plenty of space for our family of 9. It is located within a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Palmetto Dunes is in a great location in the middle of the island and close to everything. Our family rented bikes and enjoyed biking throughout the resort. Thank you Pam and Mike for an excellent stay!

Dear Sarah, It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the home so much that you came back for a second stay! The surface mildew that was in the shower (not black mold) has been cleaned and the caulking replaced. Fortunately, it was not in the grout, but just the surface of the caulking. An easy fix! The laundry and dishwasher tabs are only a "starter kit" as is outlined in all of our pre-arrival communication. That being said, any guest can contact the Welcome Center for replenishment. Paradise The property and owners were amazing. Everything was perfect and just as described. Easy 10 min walk to the beach, great pool/spa for the iffy/lazy days. Beautiful quiet neighborhood.
