Nice, Clean, and cozy This place was very nice. It was clean and decorated nice. kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if staying in to cook. Location was within walking distance to beach and outfitters.
Summer Family Trip 2021 Our family have been vacationing in HIlton Head Island, Palmetto Dunes for over 42 years. 38 Water Oaks was a great place to stay. Roomy and pool was very close. Walk to beach a little further than most places we have stayed. We had a good time although we had plenty of rain .
Very Good...but! Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff Great. Facilties well-maintained. #646 was fine, with a few exceptions. Deck was full of sand. Grill was not clean and unusable. There were NO pots to cook with (staff brought over a mirror in bedroom. Shuttle service was very good amenity. Front desk check-in staff lovely and efficient.

Palmetto Dunes Family Stay Members of our family all enjoyed our week here!!! The villa and location in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for our family! Many island restaurants and types of entertainment and shopping were very convenient and easily reached by walking or biking. The pool next door provided us with many fun family moments.
