I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5960 at The Mooring was in great condition. Most of the unit appeared to be recently redone. The only negative was that the unit would benefit from an air purifier as there was a slight mustiness. This was not a big problem but faintly noticeable.

Beautiful property Beautiful, spacious home with every amenity. Love the floor plan and the backyard oasis. Private pool, right on the lagoon and fantastic location. Highly recommend

The iron was unusable because there was gunk on it. The TV although large had a substandard picture. Deck furniture was shabby. The sofa is why we would not come back to this property.
Spring Break Our family had a great time on spring break and the property was fantastic. Great location, plenty of space, walking/biking distance to the beach.

Very well appointed and and stocked with everything you could possibly need. I can't imagine a home with a better view of the ocean. We will definitely be back to stay here again.
