House was very nice Very nice home. Location to beach was great. About an 8 minute walk and 2 minute bike ride. Very quiet and peaceful. Kids, teens and adults, loved the game room above the garage. The negatives were a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom was broken and never replaced. Not sure why. We called maintenance and were told they have to talk to the owner.
