Issues were: distance from beach and amenities, broken dishwasher, unable to use the garage to store bikes and access trash cans, having only one parking pass. Our renting experience is Sea Pines and the rental experience was far better.
Few days in Hilton Head Property is exactly as pictured. The patio and accompanying view were awesome. Great place to watch boats and kayaks. The beds were comfortable and the unit was equipped with everything necessary for a nice stay. My only complaints include the master shower head being difficult to operate/sprays water all over the place, and is very loud at times.. also, the black rug in the living area turns your feet, socks black..
