Our stay There are some excellent features to this house. The bedrooms and beds are awesome! They house layout is great too! Lots of room for our family including 4 teens. The pool is nice but is smaller than it appears in the pics. This house could use some upgrades, such as new appliances, grill, and cookware. We had hoped to cook more but it was difficult with the grill being very dirty and the cookware (most of it old and rusting). The beach chairs need to be replaced as well. Fazio 27 Layout and location good. Many signs of deferred maintenance throughout. Flooring particularly bad. Write up indicated new hardwood floors, but definitely not the case. Also claimed an updated kitchen - also not the case. Though we will stay at Fazio Villas in the future, we will not rent this unit.
Nice house, not clean. The house itself was very nice, roomy and nicely furnished and overall we enjoyed our stay. The problem was the house was not cleaned well before we arrived. The stove was dirty, there was mold in master shower, and only vacuuming that had occurred was where it was easy to reach. The pool area was clean when we arrived but with the many trees surrounding it that it quickly became dirty and was unusable but last 2 days as it was turning green.
Wonderful ocean getaway My family had a great time. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, baking ...and bathrooms with the essentials. Rich library for the readers, beach chairs and toys are plus. My 10 year old daughter’ s favorite was the “closet room” 🤓that gave her privacy. It was a pleasant and much needed getaway. Nice house. Needs a few things. House has had some updates and is very spacious. The pool is large and a big property perk , we enjoyed it. The ac went out during our stay, It was fixed the next evening and we were compensated appropriately. I’m only giving 4 stars for a 2 reasons One, The kitchen is not well stocked. A few pans and pots, One spatula, no cork screw, garbage can lid doesn’t work and you have to constantly touch it to open and close the lid , the fridge needs turned down a degree or 2. We are restocking the kitchen and have already purchased a new trash can. We will address the mattresses with the owners as well. Family Vacation We had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head and this house was perfect for us and our adult children/spouses. We loved the setting and looking out onto the waterway to watch for birds and alligators! Very quiet and private. The pool was a great break from the beach! Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
Cutest place ever! Spent a week here, property was lovely! Exactly as listed in the pictures, very clean and well equipped. Nice location if you don’t mind biking everywhere (which I definitely recommend). Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
