Great family vacation! House was perfect for our group of 8 with an extra bedroom that was not used. The house was equipped with everything including linens and towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. My only complaint was that I had emailed the property manager before our trip about linens and had no response. So yes, we over packed! Beautiful pool, and resort!

Great villa Loved the local. Very private and peaceful Well decorated. Better for families with kids. The spare bedroom upstairs needs a softer mattress but that would be my only suggestion. I love the cable access and we enjoyed walking to the pool for sunshine and a swim. Overall, wonderful. I recommend highly for golfers. This villa on 10 hole of Fazio. Drove to Disney House up the street for a day at the beach and rented an umbrella and chairs, wonderful

Beautiful property The property and the owner were amazing. They were very accommodating when a booking issue arose and continued to be very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed with young children, so having the door chimes leading to the pool was particularly reassuring. Everything was very clean and organized. We hope to stay here again in the future.
Nice Beach House, Excellent Location The house was very nice and accommodated our family very well. The bedrooms and their bathrooms have all been updated and were very enjoyable. Our family did not have a similar experience to some of the other reviews and found the house to be clean and orderly upon our arrival. The pool (which is shared with a number of other homes) was also clean and enjoyable. Beautiful house/ above expectations The perfect house to rent to spend good time with family A lot of space, house perfectly clean, outdoor space with the swimming pool / spa/ grill... awesome
Our stay There are some excellent features to this house. The bedrooms and beds are awesome! They house layout is great too! Lots of room for our family including 4 teens. The pool is nice but is smaller than it appears in the pics. This house could use some upgrades, such as new appliances, grill, and cookware. We had hoped to cook more but it was difficult with the grill being very dirty and the cookware (most of it old and rusting). The beach chairs need to be replaced as well. Fazio 27 Layout and location good. Many signs of deferred maintenance throughout. Flooring particularly bad. Write up indicated new hardwood floors, but definitely not the case. Also claimed an updated kitchen - also not the case. Though we will stay at Fazio Villas in the future, we will not rent this unit.
Nice house, not clean. The house itself was very nice, roomy and nicely furnished and overall we enjoyed our stay. The problem was the house was not cleaned well before we arrived. The stove was dirty, there was mold in master shower, and only vacuuming that had occurred was where it was easy to reach. The pool area was clean when we arrived but with the many trees surrounding it that it quickly became dirty and was unusable but last 2 days as it was turning green.
Wonderful ocean getaway My family had a great time. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, baking ...and bathrooms with the essentials. Rich library for the readers, beach chairs and toys are plus. My 10 year old daughter’ s favorite was the “closet room” 🤓that gave her privacy. It was a pleasant and much needed getaway.
